Weavest にとって縦糸は、これまで培ってきた経験と基盤。横糸は、これから出会う仲間と、その先にある希望です。二つが交わるところに、新しい価値が生まれる。

そして布を貫くのは、藍の色。藍染めが時を重ねるほど深く澄んでいくように、私たちは何よりも信頼を第一に、ゆっくりと、確かに織り続けます。

A single thread is fragile on its own. But weave the warp and the weft together, and you get a cloth strong enough to last for generations.

For Weavest, the warp is the experience and foundation built so far. The weft is the people we have yet to meet — and the hope they carry. Where the two cross, new value is born.

And running through the whole cloth is the color of indigo. Like aizome dye that grows deeper and clearer with time, we put trust first — weaving slowly, and surely.

Tea Tree Oilティーツリーオイル

カンボジア産ティーツリー（メラルーカ）オイルを起点とした事業。東北大学が主導する JICA 草の根技術協力「カンボジア産アロマオイルの品質向上プロジェクト」にチームとして参画。現地農家とともに育てたオイルを、応用化学の知見を活かし、食を守るエディブルコーティングや製品へと事業化していく。

A venture rooted in Cambodian tea tree (Melaleuca) oil. As part of the team on a Tohoku University–led JICA Grassroots Technical Cooperation project to improve the quality of Cambodian aroma oil, we work with local farmers to grow the oil — then, drawing on applied chemistry, bring it to market as food-protecting edible coatings and tea-tree-oil products.

岐阜大学工学部で応用化学を学んだのち、Global Mobility Service にて、アジア各国で FinTech・レンディング事業の立ち上げと経営に 10 年以上携わる。カンボジア・フィリピンなどで現地法人 CEO を務め、Globis 経営大学院で MBA を取得。金融・化学・経営という異なる糸を束ねてきた経験を礎に、人と世代を紡ぐ場として Weavest を立ち上げる。

After studying applied chemistry at Gifu University, Keita spent more than a decade at Global Mobility Service building and leading FinTech lending businesses across Asia — serving as local CEO in Cambodia, the Philippines, and beyond. With an MBA from Globis University, he has made a career of binding together threads of finance, chemistry, and management. Weavest is where he weaves them into one.
