一本の糸は、それだけでは頼りない。けれど、縦と横を織り合わせれば、世代を超えて続く強い布になる。

ただ、布は遠くからは織れない。Weavest の縦糸は、新興国の現場で実際に事業を立ち上げ、危機をくぐり、回してきた経験。横糸は、これから出会う仲間と、その先にある希望です。机の上で結ぶのではなく、誰もが避ける場所まで足を運び、自らの手で組み上げる。そこにこそ、ほかにはない価値が生まれる。

そして布を貫くのは、藍の色。藍染めが時を重ねるほど深く澄んでいくように、私たちは何よりも信頼を第一に、確かに織り続けます。

A single thread is fragile on its own. But weave the warp and the weft together, and you get a cloth strong enough to last for generations.

But cloth can't be woven from a distance. For Weavest, the warp is hard-won — the experience of actually building ventures on the ground in emerging markets, surviving the crises, and making them run. The weft is the people we have yet to meet, and the hope they carry. We don't connect threads from a desk; we go where others won't and build with our own hands — and that's where value no one else can create takes shape.

And running through the whole cloth is the color of indigo. Like aizome dye that grows deeper and clearer with time, we put trust first — weaving surely.

Food Lossフードロス対策

捨てられる食品の多くは、酸化とカビによる劣化から始まる。Weavest は、カンボジア産ティーツリー（メラルーカ）精油を織り込んだエディブルコーティングで、その二つを同時に抑える技術に取り組む。酸化を防ぐだけの従来技術と異なり、精油の抗菌力を編み込むことで、カビの発生まで抑え、食材の鮮度をより長く守る。原料となる精油は、東北大学が主導する JICA 草の根技術協力「カンボジア産アロマオイルの品質向上プロジェクト」にチームとして参画し、現地農家とともに育てている。

Most food that gets thrown away begins to spoil in two ways: oxidation and mold. Weavest is developing an edible coating — woven with essential oil from Cambodian tea tree (Melaleuca) — that holds back both at once. Unlike conventional coatings that only slow oxidation, weaving in the oil's natural antimicrobial power also suppresses mold, keeping food fresh for longer. The oil is grown with local farmers through a Tohoku University-led JICA Grassroots Technical Cooperation project to improve the quality of Cambodian aroma oil, in which we take part as members of the team.

岐阜大学工学部で応用化学を学んだのち、Global Mobility Service にて、アジア各国で FinTech・レンディング事業の立ち上げと経営に 10 年以上携わる。カンボジア・フィリピンなどで現地法人 CEO を務め、Globis 経営大学院で MBA を取得。金融・化学・経営という異なる糸を束ねてきた経験を礎に、人と世代を紡ぐ場として Weavest を立ち上げる。

After studying applied chemistry at Gifu University, Keita spent more than a decade at Global Mobility Service building and leading FinTech lending businesses across Asia — serving as local CEO in Cambodia, the Philippines, and beyond. With an MBA from Globis University, he has made a career of binding together threads of finance, chemistry, and management. Weavest is where he weaves them into one.
